As soon as you think the drama between Halle Berry and her ex Gabriel Aubrey is over, something new happens!
After years of custody battles, getting into fights with Halle’s new husband Oliver Martinez and going to court over child support, they’ve added a new battle to their ongoing war. Halle Berry just took her ex Aubrey to court for allegedly trying to make their daughter Nahla look less black. Let’s not forget that when they broke up years ago Halle said Gabriel used to scream racial slurs at her and taunted her for being black.
According to TMZ,
Halle was furious Gabriel was straightening Nahla’s naturally-curly hair, lightening it with highlights and she is convinced it’s because he does not want the girl to appear to be African American.
Halle didn’t show in court Monday morning, but her lawyer Steve Kolodny did, along with Gabriel and after a lot of arguing the judge ruled NEITHER Halle nor Gabriel could change Nahla’s look from its natural state.
So the judge is allowing Nahla’s hair to grow back naturally.
This is the exact reason why you need to choose carefully who you have a child with! Let’s hope Halle’s daughter Nahla isn’t traumatized by her fathers actions.
