HITS 97.3 held their first ever HITS Sessions starring Rita Ora at Grand Central downtown Miami and it was everything you could of expected and more!
Singer/songwriter/actress/fashionista Rita Ora delivered an outstanding performance at last night’s HITS Sessions. I just loved the fact that it was an intimate setting and Rita made such a connection with the crowd. Before her performance, Rita played a little game with DJ Laz called ’50 Shades Of Rita’ in honor of her role in the highly anticipated movie ‘50 Shades Of Grey’. During ’50 Shades Of Rita’ we got to learn a lot about the pop princess! Rita prefers thongs instead of boyshorts, sneakers over heels, she’d rather have sex in the bedroom instead of the balcony, she likes to wear his T-shirt at night, she likes to get it on with the lights off, she loves an exotic man, and can’t live without her red lipstick, perfume and shades. Most importantly we learned that Rita loves her some Miami!
Rita later performed some of her hits songs like ‘R.I.P’, ‘Party & Bullshit’ and her new song ‘Black Widow’ which she will also be performing at the VMA’s this Sunday. My favorite was when she sang, ‘I Will Never Let You Down’ which she in so many words admitted was written for her ex Calvin Harris.
