Kim Kardashian and Paper magazine teamed up and their goal was to break the internet with their Winter 2014 issue and after last night we can all say that they definitely accomplished that goal!
Both Kim and Paper magazine released a few photos from the new issue a couple days ago which had everyone talking. It showed Kim completely naked from the back and another of her balancing a champagne glass on her famous ass. The photos were taken by famed photographer Jean-Paul Goude who is known for doing very artistic shoots, but do you guys think this is artistic, or just a cry for attention? I don’t really think there was anything wrong with the first photos that showed her ass, but doing a full frontal nude shoot is a bit much. But hey, if you feel like showing off your vagina for free then more power to you. And yes, it was for free! According to TMZ, Kim Kardashian was not paid for this photo shoot and it was even her idea to go nude.
Check out what the editorial director of Paper magazine told Yahoo Style,
If the cover was retouched: “[There was] much less [retouching] than people think. That’s really what she looks like. That’s her. I would say it’s the normal amount of retouching that’s on a normal cover.”
It was Kim’s idea to show her butt on the cover: “Kim’s attitude was ‘if we’re gonna do it, let’s really go there.’ And it was her idea to take off her clothes and show more than her butt. But we [Paper] didn’t say ‘let’s do a cover with your butt hanging out.’ She said she was willing to take her clothes off and one thing lead to another.”
Who put the oil on her butt: “It was the make-up artist. It was someone who she works with a lot so she felt comfortable.”
