Kourtney Kardashian is a perfect example of not letting yourself go once you have kids. That’s so many women’s fear that as soon as they get pregnant, they’re going to gain all this weight, not be able to lose it and just look sloppy. I don’t have any children yet, but I personally think if you set realistic healthy eating and fitness goals while pregnant you’ll have nothing to worry about.

Honestly, Kourtney has three kids and she looks better than ever. Better than some people with no kids!

In a new interview the 37 year old reality star opens up about her fitness routine, eating healthy and her must have beauty products.

On why she loves Manuka Doctor so much: “I have loved Manuka honey for years now. I started using it because our production crew would eat the honey all the time. Once I had kids, I started really wanting to do natural stuff. I kind of stopped taking medicine and just started changing a lot about my lifestyle. I posted about Manuka honey on my app when it launched. I always do a “Good for You” glossary about different ingredients. Manuka Doctor had seen it because I put Manuka honey. They were looking for a brand ambassador for their skin care, which I love. I love that it has really simple, natural ingredients. I love the oils—they’re my favorite.”

On the 3 items she always has in her purse: “I love Manuka lip. It has bee venom so it’s a natural way to plump your lips. I love those eye gels that you put under your eyes—especially when I’m tired and traveling. There’s this brand called Skyn from Iceland and those are my favorite ones. I usually keep Chanel powder in my purse for touch ups.”

On working with fitness trainer Don-A-Matrix: “Yes, I love him. We’re always switching it up. I try to work out six days a week.”

On managing her workout routine while having 3 kids: “I feel like it gives me energy and kills my anxiety, which allows me to be a better mom. I feel like I have really made it a priority without feeling guilty. When I first had kids, I couldn’t do that without feeling guilty. I would only go on walks with them. I felt guilty working out without them unless Scott was with them and I went for a 20-minute run. Now, every day I take an hour to really work out. Some weekends when we’re just hanging out at home they’ll just come outside and I’ll run up and down the hills in my backyard.”

On giving advice to her sisters about eating healthy and living green: “Khloe will usually listen to my food tips. But, I recently was at Kim’s house and I was giving her notes on her refrigerator. We had a little slumber party and I was giving her a bunch of notes. I heard her change a bunch of things that I said—suggestions of organic and this and that—so I was really excited.”
