After Caitlyn Jenner accepted the Arthur Ashe Courage Award at this year’s ESPY’s and gave an emotional and amazing speech everyone had something to say, mostly positive. The media has been waiting for her family members to comment, especially the main person who obviously wasn’t there. Ex-wife Kris Jenner has finally opened up about Caitlyn’s speech and she did it with class.
While attending the Amazon Summer Soiree at Sunset Tower with her daughter Kendall Jenner she told US Weekly, “I think it was amazing and very brave. I think she looked beautiful.”
Caitlyn Jenner’s second ex wife Linda Thompson (mother of Brody & Brandon) also opened up about her speech. She posted the below picture on Instagram with the caption,”While Caitlyn deserves commendation for her courage & position to help others in the GLBT community, may it not go unrecognized that there are 10 kids, 3 ex wives, & other friends & family who are adjusting to their new reality & a new visage,” she continued. “My love & respect to especially these 10 who have demonstrated their integrity, strength & empathy. I think this needed to be acknowledged. All love…all respect.”
