Ever since the passing of beloved comedienne Joan Rivers, Fashion Police just hasn’t been the same. Kathy Griffin was chosen to replace her, but after a few shows she decided it just wasn’t for her. Shortly after Kathy’s departure Kelly Osbourne also decided to leave the show after co-host Guiliana Rancic‘s comments on Zendaya‘s Oscar red carpet hair do. After all that the show had no choice but to go on a hiatus.

This week it was just announced that Joan Rivers daughter, Melissa Rivers will be the newest co-host on Fashion Police this fall. Jeff Olde, the executive president of programming and development for E! told Variety,

As an executive producer since the beginning, Melissa helped shape Fashion Police into an iconic TV series that couples fashion with comedy. We are pleased to now also feature Melissa in front of the Fashion Police cameras, as she joins returning panelists Giuliana and Brad. And with the added flavor of rotating panelists, the show will deliver fresh, different and unpredictable fashion reviews with each new episode.”

Melissa said, “I’m very excited to be given the opportunity to continue to work with my E! and ‘Fashion Police’ family.”

Are you guys excited for the return of Fashion Police with Melissa?
