Ciara and Future broke up well over a year ago, but Future never really told his side of the story. Rumors were swirling that the reason they split was because Future was a low down dirty cheating dog. When Ciara was promoting her album ‘Jackie’ she pretty much danced around that subject which made everyone believe the cheating rumors were true. Her song ‘I Bet’ also added fuel to the fire.
Well, now that Ciara is in a relationship with NFL star Russell Westbrook and Future is out promoting his new album their relationship drama has popped back up. The topic of his recent interviews has been Ciara, Ciara and Russell and sex with Ciara! In an interview with the Huffington Post, Future reveals why the former couple broke up.
“I feel like 95 percent of relationships end with cheating, but me and her relationship had nothing to do with cheating,”
“We grew apart. When you the man, you wanna make certain decisions for yourself and she wanna make certain decisions. And I feel like the best route for me is to make more music, to go back to Atlanta and go back to my roots,” Future added. “Sometimes the lady don’t see what you see. That was a hard situation but at the end of the day it wasn’t about that. I called off [the engagement] long before any cheating rumors came out.”
