Singer / fashionista Rita Ora is rocking the heck out of that Black Label Ralph Lauren suit on the cover of Glamour UK magazine’s September 2014 issue. With a new album on the way and her hot new single ‘Black Widow’ featuring Iggy Azalea, Rita Ora has been at the top of her promoting game. Even after her breakup with singer/producer Calvin Harris she was still able to stay focused, but it was hard.
In the new issue Rita opens up about her breakup and talks industry besties!
On tweeting that her and Calvin Harris broke up: “Honestly, if Calvin hadn’t done it, I wouldn’t have done it. It took me five days to write three sentences. It was a massive…I don’t know. We both work really hard. We’re both all over the place. And I’d always denied it, always said, ‘If you really want something, you’ll do it!’ When I go for something, I go in 100 percent. So it was a wake up call.”
On how she’s doing after her breakup:“I’m gonna tell you the truth: I’m not doing too great. But, I’m doing better than I thought. I adore him and he’s such an amazing human being. It was more about the situation. It was inconvenient. It sucks. It wasn’t about ‘us.’ It was about the world we live in.”
On BFFs Ellie Goulding and Cara Delevingne: “Only a few people in this industry stick by their word and those girls do. It’s a pact. I can smell the difference.”
